This is accurate sheetmetal PC case using 1,5mm thick stainless steel :D It is simple as possible. Motherboard uses 6mm hexagonal standoffs. Ignore the inaccurate spacing in GPU mount. It is fixed in the file, I raised it +5mm. Also on photos the GPU is a bit narrow. A little deviation while bending the metal and I also mounted the GPU a little narrow :D Almost everything fits perfectly except PCI slots. Those slots are undocumented, I did it according anything I found online. PCI slots should be accurate on 99%. Created in FreeCAD, you can easily edit anything for your needs or projects. There are openings for 120mm, 80mm and 40mm fans. Under PSU is not enough spacing to fit a fan. But most PSU brands has builtin fan, so I used it as opening for airflow. At the bottom are openings for rubber foot pads which I didn't mount. I hope this model helps you to create other custom cases. I was struggling to find documentations and specs for PC components. UPDATE: I have uploaded missing DXF file. I know... a bit too late. HOW TO OPEN: This was created in older freecad version 0.21.2 and uses SheetMetal Workbench v0.7.22 addon. In Linux, just download AppImage of older freecad version and download required addon via addon manager. On windows, I think portable freecad 0.21.2 + SheetMetal addon should do the trick as well.
