Simplified model for a PC4-M10 fitting used for FDM printers. Fits 4mm OD tubing in the push-to-fit collet. The listings for these fittings are extremely misleading, while they are marked as M10 threaded, the reality is that they are NPT tapered threads. You can also often find these in a M6 threaded variation which appears to actually be M6 thread. Due to the nature of the threads the threaded section is not the most accurately modeled, but the rest of the dimensions are as I can see them on all my samples. This should be a good reference if you are trying to model a coupler or create the right clearance for these fittings. Made in Inventor 2026. Last updated NOV 18 2025.
