Pedal Pump Irrigation System · 模型 39444
How It Works (System Design): To eliminate the reliance on electricity, the AgriPulse Pedal utilizes a direct mechanical linkage to control water flow. The system is built entirely from accessible, locally manufacturable hardware. The mechanism consists of the following core components: The Foundation: The entire unit is mounted on a Heavy Wooden Base to ensure stability in muddy field conditions. The Actuator: A Foot Pedal is attached to the base via a metal Pivot (hinge). The Transmission: A Steel Rod Linkage connects the foot pedal directly to the water control valve. The Output: We utilize a standard PVC Ball Valve connected to the main PVC Pipe. The critical engineering modification is a Drilled Hole for Linkage at the tip of the valve's red handle, which allows the steel rod to actuate the valve. Operational Process Flow The system provides an immediate, transparent feedback loop for the farmer. The operation follows a simple four-step process: The user steps on the pedal (applying physical force). The mechanical linkage moves. The force pulls the handle and the valve opens. Water flows directly to the crops. When the user steps off, the mechanism returns to its Rest Position, safely closing the valve to prevent water wastage. Why It Is Effective The AgriPulse Pedal succeeds because it is highly user-centric and sustainable. Because it involves zero electronics, it works flawlessly in heavy rain without the risk of short circuits. More importantly, it is completely locally manufacturable. If a rod bends or a hinge breaks, the farmer can see the problem and fix it themselves using basic village hardware, overcoming the exact maintenance fears that hinder modern tech adoption.
