Custom enclosure designed for a university client project — a pigeon distractor device with the following design requirements: Mounting for two subwoofers Attachment points for three PIR motion sensors Housing for a microphone sensor Physical isolation between the sensor array and internal electronics Internal compartment for battery and PCB Design approach: The sensor and microphone assembly is mounted on a raised mast above the main housing, keeping it physically and electrically separated from the electronics compartment below to minimize interference. The main body houses the subwoofers, battery, and PCB, with a hinged access panel for easy servicing and component access. Modeled in SolidWorks. 3D printed as a complete functional prototype.
