Brotherhood Engineering - Prototype Series This is a high-performance piston design intended for a 3.1L Inline-4 racing engine application. The design focuses on mass reduction and structural rigidity using a "Slipper Skirt" architecture and internal ribbing reinforcement. Technical Specifications: Bore Diameter: 100.00 mm Compression Height (CH): 60.00 mm Total Height: 85.00 mm Material (Simulated): 2618-T61 Aluminum Alloy (Forged) Design Features: Slipper Skirt Design: Optimized for friction reduction on non-thrust faces. Dual Valve Reliefs: Deep pockets to accommodate high-lift camshaft profiles. Internal Ribbing: Structural reinforcement around the pin bosses to handle high cylinder pressures. Ring Pack: Performance standard (1.5mm Top / 1.5mm 2nd / 3.0mm Oil Control). Double Spiro-lock/Circlip grooves. Designed in Autodesk Inventor 2024 by Alexis Malst (Brotherhood Engineering Argentina).
