Project Title: Pocket Credit Card Holder – 3D Model and Assembly in SolidWorks Description: This project involves the design and development of a compact, portable credit card holder using SolidWorks. The model was created with a focus on minimalism, durability, and functionality for daily carry. The 3D design includes precise slots to securely hold multiple credit or ID cards, with dimensions adapted to standard ISO/IEC 7810 ID-1 card sizes (85.60 mm × 53.98 mm). The model features ergonomic contours for easy access, as well as a spring or push mechanism (if applicable) to slide cards out smoothly. All components — including the body, lid (if any), fasteners, and mechanisms — were created as individual parts and then assembled using the Assembly environment in SolidWorks. Proper mates were applied to simulate real-world interactions and verify movement tolerances. A full technical drawing was also generated to document all relevant dimensions, tolerances, and exploded views, supporting both prototyping and manufacturing processes (e.g., 3D printing or CNC).
