Made to hold Polyimide Kapton tape rolls, it's larger than a standard tape holder wheel, also has some spring to grip the tape roll so it doesn't move around. This one was made to suit a 6mm shaft to suit the "Bertech 4" Tape Dispenser (KTD4)". Printed in PLA and works well, ABS might be better
