This clip works with my cheap above ground pool to clip 3mil plastic to the round tube frame surrounding the top. I printed ten from PLA, 25% grid infill seems to work fine. The clips do relax in the sun over weeks. I'll upload a new model when I figure out a solution. I can't guarantee the clip fits your frame tube, but if you print one, test, you should be able to scale the model up or down in your slicer program for different tube sizes.
