New frame design. No welding required. Cut parts with cnc laser then bend to "C" shape, insert your target plate and secure with frame plate. Frame and frame plate are made out of 5mm steel, target plate should be done from 10mm AR550 (depend on your need) I've been using this design for couple of months now and had no issues at all. When target plate needs face changing what you need to do is just slide out frame plate. Target plates are in two sets taller(1160mm and 940mm height) and smaller one (750mm and 560mm)
