Portable CNC Shelving Washer · 模型 27054
This CNC Washer designed to be hauled to a retail store by pickup or suv. Disconnect and move trailer into a retail store using something similar to the Purpleline Enduro or E-go Titanium Quad power units. Drive the washer next to wet rack, connect water line from a hot water source. Slide the hitch into the washer so it is out of the way. Unit has collapsible shelving, designed to put produce into tubs and slide tubs on the adjustable bridge and then onto the shelving. Once that is done shelving is removed and taken and put into the washer. Door closes with a large sheet metal bracket I designed that allows for it to seat evenly around opening. There is six separate washers and each would be controlled independently with a programmed cnc control unit. There is two water nozzles that face each other(spray on each side of shelving) and they go back and forth and nozzles would start from the top and would slowly go down using fairly high pressure. If the shelf is not as big there would be a button to control height and one for lenght. The frame would be made of aluminum and the outside shell could be made of polycarbonate as it can handle fairly high temp and it is clear so one can see what is going on. The parts that slide internally like the carriage would be make of delrin and connecting parts of stainless steel. I design carriage to move using timing belts as it would be much cheaper than stainless steel ball screws. I called local Food Safety and found out this unit would not be required to be certified by NSF. If I was to do this again it would be done in Inventor. The frame generator works much easier than what Catia V5 has. You will need to Catia V5 2016 or later to open. It ended up getting saved in Educational license. 1098 parts and about 2GB ram for CNEXT.exe Rendered pictures in Fusion 360. Let me know what you think.
