This proposal is a combination of table and suitcase. The main advantage of portable desk is its easy installation, just one click. To install the desk you must press the green faces on each end. The user hears a click, and at the same time, the intermediate deck and feet deploys without the portable desk touching the ground. Once the legs deployed, it remains only to lock all with central reinforcement. This is a setup in step 4, in less than 10 seconds. The majority of the pieces are plastic (PP). The PP resine is cheap and a good choc absorber without bracking. Alls Corner and edge was overmoded for a fun packing and a transport without created a damage inside the car during transport. The table is stable and withstood few 120kg. I can show you my study and all mechanical simulation (Material resistance study). The dimensions of the set are 845x547x200 for an empty weight of 10-15Kg. Following could be sorve in few clic... Build without screw or metal shaft. The portable desk can be fix on wall with 2 fixation contain on mobile deck. It is possible to add 2 big wells offroad on the box. This 2 big well are ontain on mobile deck. The tools présentation use a standard tool set. The installation cinématic can be merge with an other box design. My case design was spirit of cargo container. After installation, for open the box it is necessary to turn the top handle in unlock direction. With a small modification, it is possible to add a lock with a key.
