Ciao. The rudder uses a micro servo with metal gears. I've already printed all the parts and assembled the hull. It works well, but there are weight issues. The hull skims the water when stationary. A 300g reduction would be a good compromise. I'll share the video and photos of the build on YouTube as soon as possible. The test is attached in the video folder. My build was printed entirely in PLA mixed with wood with a 0.4mm nozzle. The hull is 100% infilled to prevent leaks. Small details were printed in resin. The windshield can be printed in transparent resin. Given the hull's generous thickness, it would be possible to print with less infill, but at least 50g fiberglass fabric and epoxy resin would be needed to make it watertight on the submerged hull. Printing just the hull in LW PLA (lightweight, also used for model airplanes) would be the optimal choice because it halves the weight. The other components are in generic PLA. In place of the headlight you can put an action cam which has the same thread to screw it on.
