Precision Cutting Machine With Cutting Fluid Supply · 模型 87305
A machine that reads input from the user and cuts the work piece in the desired lengths. It is a single degree of freedom machine in which a stepper motor drives a lead screw which in turn controls the movement of the bed in a single plane. A hand held lever is used to rotate the cutter disc. The work piece is constrained in two chucks which complete constrain all the degrees of freedom and help ease the cutting process. The microcontroller used is an Arduino Mega. There is an autonomous fluid supply system for keeping the cutting disc and the work piece cool and lubricated which enhances tool life.
