Presence detector that sounds when something passes in front of it. I modeled the PCBA with KiCad 1.5.7 and transferred it to FreeCAD 0.19 through StepUp external workbench in order to design a sheet metal enclosure. System is based on a reflexive infrared detection mode reproduced from an EDA tutorial where the initial exercise was to detect a model train (KiCad 5.1.x, Youtube, 25 sept. 2020, Eric Peronnin). 3D files are included but also an infographic to explain how the circuit works, electronic schematic, BOM and drawings... Files (📁 STEP, IGES and OBJ) ----------------------------------------------- • IR_Box_Assy : : assembly of the presence detector box with IR detector, power supply, buzzer and fixing elements. • IR_Box_PCBA : presence detector assembled on PCB, • IR_Box_Enclosure : sheet metal housing designed for the presence detector, • IR_Box_Unfold_Top : unfolded sheet metal of enclosure top, • IR_Box_Unfold_Base : unfolded sheet metal of enclosure base.
