Presstools Deep Drawing · 模型 23167
Deep drawing press tools work through a coordinated mechanical process that forms sheet metal into a desired shape using a punch, die, and blank holder system. First, a flat metal sheet (called a blank) is placed over the die cavity. Then, the blank holder applies controlled pressure to keep the sheet firmly in position and prevent wrinkling as the material is deformed. When the press machine starts, the punch moves downward and pushes the metal blank into the die cavity, forcing the material to flow plastically along the die walls. This flow must be carefully controlled—if too much force is applied, the material can tear; if too little, it may wrinkle or fail to form properly. The blank holder pressure, punch speed, and lubrication are all critical factors that influence the smooth movement of the material. After reaching the final depth, the punch retracts, and the formed part is ejected from the die. This cycle repeats quickly, allowing mass production of consistent and precise components.
