I have a KC15 chuck with a set of Multisize EC collets that are not always suited for shallow held parts. I designed this collet to clamp like an ER style collet. All of the geometry is correct for the KC15 chuck. Just adjust the bore to best suite whatever diameter of stock you are turning. I printed mine on a Zortrax M200 in ABS on a coarse resolution at 50% infill.
