Proof of Concept: Chest Mount Phone Holder · 模型 122736
A friend invited me to an amusement park, so I bought a cheap phone chest mount online. The mount was useless, but its nylon webbing was still good. I reused the webbing and designed a new chest mount in Autodesk Inventor, made specifically for the Samsung Galaxy S23. I tested it on several roller coasters and it held up well I also designed and printed the phone case it locks into. To use the mount as-is you need to print both the chest mount and the case. Every 3D-printed and hardware part is included in the assembly file (soportePechera). The nylon webbing isn't modeled because you can buy it anywhere HOW IT WORKS - Chest mount: two printed parts. The base carries the webbing slots and the hinge. The holder clamps the phone - Hinge: one M4x50 hex head screw with an M4 lock nut - Main lock: a brass M4 heat-set insert is pressed into the holder with a soldering iron. An M4x16 screw threads into it and is tightened by hand with a printed knob - Secondary lock: a 20 mm strap across the front of the phone - Harness: two 25 mm shoulder straps cross at the back through a printed square cross piece.
