Propeller-CMR · 模型 165500
This propeller is designed by an Aerospace Engineer specifically for drone applications. It features an M6 nut to securely attach to the electric motor, making it compatible with drones such as the PX4 Development Kit - X500 v2 and others. If the model is featured in a video demonstrating the use of the functional propellers, please cite it as "CMR Propellers." Additionally, include a link in the video description to the source where the models can be downloaded, allowing others to access and benefit from these free functional propellers. Usage Instructions: To use the propeller, a precision 3D printer is required. After printing, it is recommended to sand the model to achieve optimal performance and finish. Precise description of the orientation: Place the propeller so that the side with the cirular hole is facing upwards on the print bed. This means the flat surface around the hexagonal M6 hole should be in contact with the print bed. By following this orientation, you can ensure that the propeller prints with the best possible structural integrity and surface finish. Testing: The propellers have been sucesfully tested using PLA material. Due to the properties of ABS and PETG, manufacturing with these was not feasible. There is no risk when using PLA if the printing instructions were followed correctly. However, using materials other than the specified PLA may pose a risk and is not recommended. Drone Specifications: The models were tested on a drone weighing 1.1kg. While the propellers are not recommended for use with drones exceeding this weight, they may still be functional depending on the print quality. Printer: The model was tested using a BambuLab X1 - Carbon Combo printer, which provides the necessary precision. Printing both propellers takes a total of 8 hours and 30 minutes, with each propeller requiring approximately 4 hours and 15 minutes to complete.
