This is a tutorial how calculate and design a propeller from zero. It also includes how to run a further study with ANSYS Fluent. First you use OpenProp with Matlab, then you use CATIA and SolidWorks to create the 3D model, and finally you can study the reactions with ANSYS. I upload both models studied It's explained in Spanish, I hope it will be useful for you!!
