All of the main features and designs of the Prusa i3 with the manufacturing simplicity of the Prusa i2. I changed the parts to fit the components I had. You will need: 9 5x10x4 bearings 10 LM8UU linear bearings 3 48mm (height) NEMA17 motors 2 28mm (height) NEMA17 motors 2 m5 to m8 couplings 3 limit switches 1 mk7 hobbed gear 2 GT2 20 teeth timing pullies 2m GT2 timing belt 1 E3D V6 hotend 2 30x30x10 fans alot of m8 screwing rods about 80 m8 nuts screws: m5x20 - 1 m5x25 - 1 m3x8 - 4 m3x10 - 12 m3x12 - 2 m3x15 - 12 m3x20 - 12 m3x25 - 1 m3x30 - 6 m3x40 - 3 And nuts... Will update as I go. Update 1: Photo from construction. Parts changed a bit for a different printer's tolerances, I will update the model here later this week. Update 2: The printer is up and running and I am really pleased with the results. the print quality is great except for a bit of Z-wobble.
