I couldn’t find a clean STEP or DWG file for the Prusa MK3S extruder gears anywhere online, so I modeled this to fill the gap. This model was created by measuring the extruder gears from my own Original Prusa i3 MK3S extruder gears and recreating them as a CAD reference. While this is a visual representation model, several important dimensions match the real hardware: - Accurate hole/bore diameters for shaft fitment - Correct tooth count on the gears - Precise overall height and width for assembly space claims Disclaimer This model was created solely as a reference/visual CAD model. Some features (such as the filament gripping tooth geometry) were approximated by eye and may not represent the exact manufacturing profile. This file is intended for assembly reference, space-claiming, and design work. It should not be used for direct manufacturing or precision reproduction of the original part. Credit: The original extruder gear design and hardware belong to Prusa Research. This is not an official model, but a reverse-measured reference model created from my own hardware. Enjoy!
