QBridge – Modular Block Drilling Jig · 模型 43711
QBridge is a modular drilling jig designed in SOLIDWORKS 2026 for a 100 × 60 × 20 mm rectangular workpiece with two nominal 8 mm through-holes at 50 mm pitch. Features: • 3-2-1 location: three supports, two rear stops and one end stop. • Removable guide bridge located by round and relieved pins. • Replaceable drill bushings, a 3 mm chip gap and base drill-exit holes. • Front and end seating screws and a vertical hold-down pad. CAD and photos only: complete assembled, loading and exploded STEP models; native SolidWorks parts, assemblies and a general-arrangement reference drawing; three CAD preview images. The design has 18 unique parts and 37 placed components including the demonstration workpiece. The loading and exploded assemblies are fixed presentation scenes. Native-file upload limitation: GrabCAD rejected the QB03 datum-stop part, so the native assemblies currently have that missing reference. The complete STEP models include all components and can be opened independently. Final nominal CAD check: zero solid interferences. This is a prototype concept with simplified threads and hardware. Strength, fits, chuck clearance, tolerances and machining accuracy require validation before production use.
