#solidworks Front Bumper Design I love cars, and I wanted to make something cool for #ramtrucks (Rebel 2019). So, I used SOLIDWORKS , to design a new #offroad bumper. It was a lot of work, but also a lot of fun. I made sure every part looked good and fit perfectly. The new bumper is strong and tough, so it can protect the car better. I have done #simulations for 10,000N force acting on the front side of the bumper. It shows a minimum 3.9 factor of safety. It's not just about being tough – it also makes good room for further #4wd upgrades. Including a 12000lb #winch, 40in light bar, and 2 #spotlight while achieving a better approach angle of 36 degrees. I'm proud of how it turned out, and I can't wait for other people to see it.
