You can easily mount the camera towards the desired area using this piece. I used this piece in my project involving a robot for picking and placing objects. We used the camera to detect objects through image processing. This camera needed to see the objects on the platform, and we thought we could attach it to the rods holding up our platform. Eventually, this design emerged.
