RDY-5536 Battle Ready Combat Robotics Hubmotor - Just 'Cuz Robotics. · 模型 6815
The RDY-5536 is the perfect spinner weapon motor for your next beetleweight combat robot! 55mm in diameter and 36mm long, factory epoxied magnets and stator coils for battle hardening, with two giant 6805 bearings and a billet machined 7075 aluminum inner and outer hub structure, this monster is built like a tank and will hit like one too. This motor will be offered at around 1200kV for the production batch, compatible with 3S-6S LiPo batteries. In Division V4 on 4S it draws roughly 25A/400W continuous and peaks at about 60 Amps / 960 Watts. It's about the power equivalent of a high-quality 3536 can or 2812 stator motor. Note - real-world power requirements change dramatically with voltage and weapon geometry. Expected to weigh about 200g with wires. See video for details: https://youtu.be/99L5ASVac6A This motor is designed to mount with 8X M5 screws, 4 on each side. Make sure you account for the wires exiting the motor (curved side of the outer hub). Do not bend them too tightly right at the exit holes, and DO NOT USE SCREWS THAT ARE TOO LONG AND THREAD IN PAST THE INNER HUB THICKNESS. This can damage the copper coils easily. EDIT 2/2/24 A production version of the motor model has been uploaded. This has flathead screws and a few minor tweaks but the same exterior dimensions as before.
