realistic comb for a popular hand crank musical box · 模型 33405
there are many models for hand crank musical boxes out there, for many reasons. none seams to have a realistic model for the comb, tho. these parts are typically made out of nickel or copper so nickel/silver 65/12 sounds like a reasonable material for the simulation i've made a couple of changes to match natural frequencies to actual notes. it matches now from C4 to F6. a 30 teeth comb however should match c3-f4(no halftones)+f#4-b5+c6-e6(no half tones) so far, the nickel/copper alloy gives it the lowest sound, while steel alloys makes it higher pitched
