This gear is part of rear wiper mechanism mounted on 2012 NISSAN Juke car. The teeth of the original one were completely broken due to premature wear, thus the sweeping motion was not smooth. I redesigned a new gear by measuring the old one and 3D printed it using SLS method. Final result is even better than previous one and mechanism is fully working ! Saved like $150 of repair work...
