http://grabcad.com/requests/how-would-you-design-this-in-autodesk-inventor Again not exactly what was requested as I did it in SW but it is much more like the picture and it wasn't easy to get it right http://grabcad.com/rajinder-3. I used a lot of surfaces and 3D sketches so this was a lot of new stuff for me as I have not gotten too deep into using surface modelling. I don't think I could have done with with regular 2D sketches and solid modeling along.
