Rework Station 861DW Concentrators Stand · 模型 81139
The Quick 861DW air rework station is very popular for SMD soldering work, but the unused concentrator tips have no storage place. I designed a side mounted stand that is intended to be adhered to the side of my 861DW, providing a space for the spare concentrator tips to be placed. My design provides space for 3 concentrator tips at once. If your needs go beyond 3 tips, reach out and I'll see what I can do. My print is made in PLA Tough Lavender 1.75mm filament, with 0.2mm layer height and 15% infill on a Bambu X1 Carbon printer. Print supports are not required. I use double sided tape to adhere my concentrator mount to the rear of my 861DW. I hope that you can find this print useful, too.
