A robotic prosthetic hand designed and modeled entirely in CAD as a personal mechanical design project. I spent considerable time working on the geometry, individual components, assembly, and overall mechanism of the hand. The model may still have areas that could be improved, but the main goal of this project was to explore the design and mechanical construction of a prosthetic hand while developing my CAD and mechanical design skills. This project is shared as part of my ongoing journey in CAD and mechanical design.
