This custom table only allows a single path for the tooling to follow. The tooling is All based on tools I grabbed on Grabcad to quickly make a machine that we could produce a customers request quickly... I made the original design to be pin guided but that failed because the radial corners allowed slop in design... I hope this helps the next designer to use the proper design implemantation of square design as the travel path... This obviously applies only to a design that has a lead-in design. I also put some holes in to create a back gauge to utilize the machine to alternate tips for radii edges (or chamferring) other parts...
