Here is my entry for the MICROTECHNOLOGIES THROTTLE PEDAL DESIGN CHALLENGE. Entirely designed by me, clear and fully observant of the requirements is a throttle pedal assembly made principally of injection molded PA components. It could work in condition until 180°C and withstand 250 lbs of load. A system of connecting rods gives 40° of working range to the microtechnologies sensor which is located behind a plastic cover. Is extremely easy to change the working angle of the sensor or of the pedal by changing the rods lenght ratio. A rubber stop prevent out of range of the pedal.
