Engineers instance of the logistic function, the classic S shaped curve. Allows transition from one value to another with varying degrees of abruptness, depending on which curve you use. Unlike the math version, this one goes from 0 to 1 (not asymptotic to 0 and 1). It is also bounded nicely at -1<=X<=1 vs the math version which has no particular bounds. Presented as both a parametric format in a .csv file (changed to .txt as .csv upload is grabcad forbidden) and as cad drawings. Cad files have degree 3 nurbs with 37, 101, 181 and 361 control points. The numbers of control points are all odd, so as to have a point at x=0.0
