Spring-loaded, cam actuated with 5 increment from fully closed to fully open ventilation cover. Easy to assemble/disassemble from inside, no access from outside. Made of SS 304 materials. Turning the handle(which enclose the cam) could open or close the opening with 5 increment.Simple in fabrication no special fabrication process, easy to install, satisfies the requirement. As shown, it maximazes the flow of incoming air.
