This is the saddle rack I designed for myself. I constructed it using 30mm oak planks. I made five of these for my saddlery. I include the models of the jigs I laser-cut in 3mm thick steel and used with a router for the rounded contours, ensuring accuracy, smoothness, and cleanliness. I also used these jigs for the positioning of the holes. Operating Procedure: 1)Find a wooden board of >30mm or a pre-calibrated 30mm plank. 2) Cut the templates with a laser or make them from soft material (plywood, MDF, etc.). To do this, print the plans to scale 1:1 on multiple A3 sheets, cut them out, and glue them together to reconstruct the complete piece. Then, trace the pieces onto the soft material to cut out the templates. 3) Using the templates, mark the pieces on the board and cut them roughly with a good margin. 4) Calibrate the pieces to 30mm using a planer/jointer. 5) For the two pieces that support the saddle, I recommend starting with a large rectangle. Then, cut the 45° bevel from this rectangle, and finish the contour with a pass on a table router, following the template with a bearing bit. 5) For assembling the two saddle supports, I used glue and a biscuit joiner
