I tried quite few options and it seems that this idea that many of us followed is probably the most reasonable one . I can also assume that GE would like to use SLM/DMLS technology to build this kind of parts so I was also wandering how complicated support structure should be used as titanium is quite difficult material for laser melting because of its shrinkage factor.
