For this project I took on an old toy to make the robot and test my solutions. The system is based on two vibration motors. One to sort and the other to organize the sample. Look at the first PoC (organize) https://youtu.be/_ayKtOg9a0k look at the second PoC (sort) https://youtu.be/BDGcJdT-cKU The shovel allows you to select stones or dust and to search the ground quickly thanks to the vibrations. At first we put stones and then we close the holes between the stones with dust thanks to vibrations again. With this system the container is used to the maximum. We can easily put a camera on the robotic arm and see the samples in the shovel step by step. For 3D print I use PLA it stats to melt at 100C° but I don't know the negative temperature resistance. The container is ok witch 4.8 cm wide (diameter) and 5.73 cm tall requirements.
