Update: Please use the new files I uploaded; not a critical update, just minor tuning. This is the final version of the Samsung S25+ casing I designed. Printed it with a 0.3mm nozzle and a line width of 0.33mm. Learned to do this after a while to make the lines melt into each other. Please send a comment if any issues. Note: I made the top rim/frame thick to give proper display protection, so I can use the phone and the Biometric fingerprint sensor without a protective glass. Activate Support Angle - Everywhere - 80 deg Activating Brim could also be smart to do, depending on the printer build mat, how new it is. I have experienced a few times that corners get lifted from the build mat. Set the Wall width to 0.6mm to give space for infill and density to 30-40% to provide some soft protection. There is space for 2-3 credit/bank cards. If you want a smoother surface, use Aceton and a piece of cloth to rub. It works!
