we had a Stratasys dimension sst 1200es that wouldn't work because of the software and a clogged hotend and we needed to make it work for cheap, using open source hardware and software here is only the files of the designed parts that are needed to hold the reprap extruder components to the original printing head, something to hold the open source filament spool, and something to hold the reprap heating bed and if we can make all that work, there would also be something to hold the control card, the power supply, screen and SD card reader 12/03/16 update : printer can move around in all axis, but endstops aren't wired yet + 1 isn't attached and not enough pressure on the filament to pull it through all the PTFE tube flat bearing for the spools : https://grabcad.com/library/3d-printed-flat-bearing-for-3d-printer-spool-need-30x-8mmo-steel-balls-6-rubber-feets-1 01/04/16 update : i did a little printed piece to increase the pressure against the filament, but that is still not enough to extrude constantly and over that, tryed a little dry print, but sometimes a motor stop working, probably due to overheating driver (i have set the motors to pretty high speed and acceleration) : https://www.youtube.com/embed/o7JXjuOLgCA
