This project presents a 3D CAD model and technical drawing of a mechanical scissor jack, designed and assembled in SOLIDWORKS. The assembly consists of a lead screw mechanism, upper and lower support channels, a base, an upper deck, a handle, and standard fasteners. The model was created with a focus on mechanical design, assembly relationships, and technical drawing practices. The project includes: * Complete 3D part modeling * Full mechanical assembly * Standard fasteners * Exploded assembly view with Bill of Materials (BOM) * Technical drawing and assembly documentation Material: AISI 1045 Steel Units: mm Software: SOLIDWORKS This project was created as part of my CAD and mechanical design portfolio.
