In this model I created my own version of the scotch yoke. I went for a simple design that would also work in real life. To make the mechanism work I used the slider and revolute joint and also contact sets. The purpose of the scotch yoke is to convert the linear motion of a slider into rotational motion, or vice versa. This setup is most commonly used in control valve actuators, in high-pressure oil and gas pipelines. The file types within my project are: f3d, stl and png. Autodesk Fusion 360 was used to create all of the components.
