I have been working on a project that I needed to mount a dehumidifier into a casing. So I bought a really cheap dehumidifier off of Amazon. I will put a link to the Amazon page. So after I bought it I went ahead and modeled out a rough shape of it. But I tried to stay as accurate as possible to the exterior measurements. I did not need a model that included all internal parts etc. I just needed a model that would allow me to know where the item would fit. So this model was done in one single body/component so when I placed it in the main assembly I would have it be simple as possible so it would be easy to move around.
