This project showcases a professional challenge coin design I created from concept to 3D CAD modeling, optimized for manufacturing and 3D printing. Design: The artwork emphasizes cybersecurity themes, featuring a digital coding motif, lock & shield icons, and raised border/text details. Colors are applied using Pantone codes (Silver, Black, 7474C/7473C, 435C, and White) for precise production accuracy. 3D CAD Modeling: Modeled in STEP format for die-struck coin production and prototyping, ensuring accurate scaling at 50mm with proper raised/recessed surfaces. Manufacturing Readiness: The CAD file is ready for CNC machining, 3D printing, or coin mold creation, featuring embossed/recessed layers, smooth contours, and precise geometry. This project demonstrates my ability to combine creative design with mechanical CAD modeling, bridging the gap between concept art and real-world manufacturable 3D objects. Thank you!
