The pot is designed uniquely to provide user friendly experience and to provide a rich, minimalistic look to the office or personal desk. Description: The load applied to the bottom surface of the pot is 10N, which is more than 1kg and it will be at a harsh condition. After applying the load, the result was successful. It had a FOS of 15 which is more than enough as the usual FOS is in the range of 3-5. The displacement which was obtained is also very small (0.0022mm). Hence this pot can survive in extremely harsh conditions. Problem Statement: The problem normally faced while using the self watering pot is the mouth piece of the pot. People face difficulties in pouring the water inside the pot with a bottle with small opening since the mouth is very small and inconvenient. Solution: In the above design of the pot, I have given enough space (about 20mm radius) to pour the water inside the pot and the mouth is designed in such a way that water goes easily into the container. This design can also prevent the water from spilling on the desk even if it is poured from a certain height.
