This is a first-sight conceptual design of a semi-automatic labeling machine, inspired by the structure and operation of the FK603 model. 🎯 Project Scope & Intent The goal of this model is to mimic the FK603 system, particularly: The label peeling mechanism Bottle rotation with pressure application Basic motion correctness for simulation Sensor adjustability and component layout ⚠️ This model is not yet optimized for final production or 3D printing. It’s designed as a foundation for further refinement. 🛠️ What’s Included All SolidWorks assembly & part files Most components in .IGS format for viewing Early-stage motion-ready geometry Placeholder rollers, sensors, and bottle fixture setup Electronics guide (label sensor, bottle sensor, motor setup) Some reference design files ⚙️ Known Limitations Roller design is placeholder – feel free to customize to your own specs Structure analysis not performed (PC limitations 🥲) Motion analysis geometry is accurate, but performance tweaks are needed Label peeling physics not yet validated in FEA or simulation 💡 If You Want to Take It Further I’d love to help you: Make this design real-world ready Optimize it for 3D printing Add stronger motion/FEA support Refine the electronics & automation control 👉 Just reach out or remix this design! 🙌 Final Notes This is an arbitrary design made primarily for concept demonstration, not for immediate manufacturing use.
