This is my design of an industrial pipe and profile bending machine, capable of bending various materials such as angles (L-shapes), rectangular tubes, and sheets. The machine consists of a robust frame and three roller assemblies, powered by a motor and gearbox. It also features two fully manual hydraulic jacks, which allow precise control over the bending angle of the workpieces. The design file I’m sharing is a comprehensive and fully detailed model, including all aspects of the design and construction.
