Technical Details As Per Drawing: Top Pivoted Eye - Outer Dia 40mm, Inner Bore Dia 30mm, Length 44mmBottom Mounting Boss - Outer Dia 44mm, Inner Dia 25mm, 6mm thick flange with 38mm long R32 bottom extension Base Plate - 46mm wide, 12mm thick, 19mm side wall height Support Structure - Two inclined ribs of 10mm and 12mm thickness with 50mm span Fixing - 2 x Dia 12mm holes on base Overall Height - 75mm from base to top eye center How it was modeled in AutoCAD: This model is 100% 3D Solid, not 2D. Created using Extrude, Press pull, Union, Subtract, and UCS command. The most challenging part was creating the inclined ribs by changing the UCS plane.
