Shapeoko 2 CNC Router with Enclosure · 模型 258006
This is the enclosure that I designed and built for my Shapeoko 2 CNC router. The Frame is made from 20x20mm Aluminum extrusion and the door and sides are made from acrylic. The design intent for this enclosure was to contain dust generated from routing and dampen noise from the spindle. There are also several other of my SO2 improvements in this assembly such as: Limit switch mounts, cable track mounts, terminal block mounts and spindle mount. The design files are available in solidworks and .step. Disclaimer: The solidworks files for the SO2 are not my own, though I cannot remember anymore where I got them from.
