This solution provides a common restraint and mobility aid for all gravity conditions required. The shoe tile provides a comfortable position to place feet for hands-free restraint, as well as a hand and foot grip to climb (similar to how one would climb a ladder) when built into walls or hatch passageways. The retractable trapeze allows customisable height of a handrail that fully retracts towards the ceiling. It can be moved in many directions to assist movement, but its main purpose is to prevent falling down hatches.
