One idea, if you could teleport the air to one side of the tunnel, there would be pressure there. If the air is simultaneously teleported away from the other side of the tunnel, a vacuum is created there. Then the air flow is created in a much smaller and more compact area and there is no need for large circular pipes and moving fans. It is only necessary to check the speed of teleportation. if the room is shaped like a disk, there are no parallel surfaces along which the air can heat up by friction. Only short distance (4m) teleportation for air molecules needs to be figured out. :) The test object could be controlled in space by magnetic levitation.
